The accomodation
The house consists of 2 apt.ad exclusive use. One is reserved for the property and the other is reserved for guests.
The size of the small apartment is approx. 42 square meters plus patio about 12 sqm with outdoor table and chairs in the adjoining garden of approx. 800 square meters, sun loungers are provided. The Hall / living room: is large and comfortable with a modern kitchen and kitchenette equipped for selfcatering (microwave – fridge and small built-in frizer – kitchen with dishes and crockery etc ..) In the living room there is also satellite TV and digital terrestrial .
The bedroom: has a large double bed (2m x 1.55), a large wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. The bathroom has a shower separate from the sink / toilet, there is also a top-loading washing machine.
Hot running water is supplied directly from a solar panel. A comfortable convertible sofa bed: it is present in the living room for the third adult person (or 2 children).minimum 3 days)
Wifi internet is available FREE (the connection varies from 3 to 7 megabits / s).
For security reasons smoking is only allowed on the terrace or in the garden.
Pets are NOT allowed.
The minimum stay is one week and the maximum one month.
The apartment is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and a child and the price varies according to occupants. The accommodation also has a washing machine and protective mosquito nets on all windows.
N.B. THE APARTMENT IS COMPLETE WITH BED AND BATH LINEN
